The simple answer is YES. We ship outside of Australia. To calculate and apply international shipping, please select your location on the cart page before checkout!

Please be aware that WE are not responsible for any VAT or import taxes in your country. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure taxes are paid or not applicable to your items.

We are currently not selling to the United Kingdom, French Polynesia or Italy. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Delivery charges are currently: $5 within domestic Australia and $20 Flat Rate to remaining International Countries
Every time an order is placed, a confirmation order is sent to your designated email address.

If you cannot find your emails from our website, please check your JUNK or SPAM folder.

An email is automatically sent to you at every stage of our order process. Including new order, pending orders, cancelled orders, processing and completed orders.

Your completed order will contain the shipment tracking code!

Step 1 Browse the products that you can find on the home page, shop, and alternatively by category or search. For more information on any product, simply click on the image to take a closer look. Listings have colour variations, and various information for each product.

Step 2 If you decide to purchase an item, add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Look out for related and special products. Continue shopping across our online store for other Products.

Step 3 A list of all items within your Cart will be displayed on the cart page and in some sidebars. You can view the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking ‘Cart’ in the header or you can proceed to Checkout if you have added all your products.

Step 4 When you are ready to purchase your items, click the ‘Cart’ button. This will take you to the lists all of the items you have chosen to purchase, as well as the subtotal of the cost. If any special offers are available on your chosen items, the details of these will be displayed. Make and update any changes to your order and remember to enter and verify your promotional code if you have one. You can also calculate shipping here.

Step 5 If you have previously registered with us you can login now so that you can track your order. New customers can ‘Checkout as a Guest’ where you will have the options of creating an account during checkout. Creating an account with us is a quick and easy process and allows you to track the progress of your orders; be the first in the know for any special offers; and will make future transactions smooth and seamless. Remember to make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.

Step 6 Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method and then select your method of payment, enter the details then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed. Note: The Terms & Conditions Check Box MUST be read and selected to continue.

Step 7 Enter your desired payment details or input your existing paypal account details to pay for your order.

Step 8 We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We accept and recommend using Paypal, or Visa and Mastercard payments through Westpac 3D secure credit card processing. To use Credit Cards online with, your card will have set up for secure internet banking.
Australian Domestic delivery generally takes 2-5 business days but can take longer depending on public holidays and other factors out of our control. Orders are shipped the current, or following business day from Queensland. International shipping can take up to 14 business days
Our website is encrypted with an SSL certificate for security. All reasonable measures of security are employed to protect your data.

We will never sell, use or display your data. We only collect statistical product data for our use only to help provide you with better and more relevant products.

Payments are processed through third parties including Paypal and Westpac Payway. Your personal payment information is NOT stored on our website.

When orders are placed and payment is made, one of our stock controllers will be notified and begin processing your order. They will confirm your payment and pass the order on to the warehouse where it will be dispatched that afternoon. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact us via the contact form
Yes! You will receive an invoice in your email when the order is placed and paid for. Also a copy will be sent with your order.

If you haven’t received order confirmations and invoices in your email, please check your junk folder!
